About the event
The seminar moderator is Lina B. Frank - Programme Director for NHLP-EU, and Director of Cirkus Syd.
Lina will facilitate an informal discussion, with prompts to address the relevance of the topic for leadership and for working as a leader in the performing arts sector. The discussion is designed as an interactive dialogue and a safe space, where everyone’s voice can be heard, in an atmosphere that fosters togetherness, despite physical distance.
About the topic:
To have empathy means literally "to attend to" - to focus externally. Using the skill of empathy in leadership can be endlessly effective if you learn to focus on people around you. In this seminar we will reflect on the different empathic skills and how they can make a difference in leadership situations.
